New England Patriots
quarterback Tom Brady has signed a new six-year contract
worth nearly $60 million with the team.
According to The Boston Globe,
the new deal replaces the final two years Brady had
left on his previous contract and runs through the
2010 season. The three-time Super Bowl winner and
two-time Super Bowl MVP had been scheduled to earn
base salaries of $5.5 million in 2005 and $6 million
in 2006. On Saturday night at the Celtics/Pacers game,
Patriots vice chairman Jonathan Kraft was quoted as
saying "We are incredibly excited to have signed
someone who has embodied our franchise. Tom is a great
leader, on and off the field. We are excited he will
be with us at least through 2010 -- or beyond."
Under the new pact, the 27-year-old Brady reportedly
will receive a $14.5 million signing bonus and a $12
million option bonus that is due in spring 2006. He
will earn base salaries of $1 million in 2005, $4
million in 2006, $6 million in 2007, $5 million in
2008, $2.3 million in 2009 and $3.5 million in 2010.
Each of the final three years of the contract include
a $3 million roster bonus.

Zukauskas, who is a free agent, was stopped by the
State Highway Patrol in November for making a sudden
right turn from the wrong lane. Troopers said Zukauskas
failed three field sobriety tests. He refused to take
a breath test.
A Medina County jury decided Thursday that Zukauskas
wasn't driving drunk. Medina Municipal Court Judge
Dale Chase fined Zukauskas $150 for the improper turn.
The 25-year-old Zukauskas was drafted by the Browns

Penis enlargement traction devices
do work. Medical studies and many medical applications
of the traction device show that real, permanent growth
can occur in both length and girth, measurable in
inches. These devices are far from being a "quick
fix," however; the device must be used properly
(full instructions should accompany any device you're
considering purchasing) and over a period of time
to give the body ample opportunity to grow and build
new tissue. Advertisements that tout "instant"
gains or "miracle" overnight growth are
unrealistic and unreliable, and very likely, unsafe.
Obviously, men who are interested
in gaining penis size should also be mindful of their
overall health and safety. The choice of a medically
developed device is highly recommended, and strict
adherence to instructions is a must. Any questions
or concerns should be directed to your medical practitioner.
Ultimately, the success of the traction device depends
on the user's conscientious and dedicated use of the
program as directed. With the proper commitment, genuine
penis enlargement can be yours. If you are having

|Weekend Racing Update
updates are in order of the best drivers as well.
I'm pretty sure any country bumpkin could get behind
the wheel of a nascar, crack open a coors light and
race 300 laps around an oval ALWAYS turning left.
But the formula 1 guys --- now that's driving.
Kimi Raikkonen of McLaren-Mercedes
won Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix, leading from start
to finish. The Finn came into the race having won
his second straight pole - the fifth of his career.
Although Alonso's Renault finished second to Kimi
Raikkonen's McLaren-Mercedes in Sunday's Spanish Grand
Prix, the king's presence among the 115,000 sellout
made the difference.
Danica Patrick made it look so
easy. The 23-year-old rookie, the only woman driver
in the Indy Racing League this season, had a smooth
and impressive start of practice at the Indianapolis
Motor Speedway on Sunday. She breezed through the
mandatory rookie test, then began building speed almost
each lap around the 2.5-mile oval. Her top lap of
221.463 miles an hour was the fastest among the nine
drivers on the track. Ryan Briscoe was second-fastest
at 220.546, and Patrick Carpentier of LaSalle, Que.,
was third at 219.010. After crashing in her IRL debut
at Homestead, Fla., Patrick has finished each of the
last three races, improving each time from 15th at
Phoenix to 12th at St. Petersburg, Fla., to fourth
at Motegi, Japan, where she qualified second and led
32 laps. She also has placed herself squarely in the
media spotlight as the series prepares for its showcase
event, the Indianapolis 500, on May 29.
Greg Biffle's chances of winning
a race he dominated appeared gone after his Roush
Racing team made some late-race changes. But a timely
spin by Mark Martin and four fresh tires were all
Biffle needed to win Saturday night's NASCAR Nextel
Cup race at Darlington Raceway in overtime. Biffle,
who led 176 of 370 laps on the treacherous 1.366-mile,
egg-shaped Darlington oval, fell behind on a late
pit stop, but got another chance when Martin spun,
bringing out the 12th caution flag just five laps
from the scheduled finish.

Dwyane Wade scored 20
points and handed out seven assists to lead the Miami
Heat to a convincing 105-86 win over the Washington
Wizards in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal
series at AmericanAirlines Arena. Shaquille O'Neal
ended with 19 points and seven boards before fouling
out for the Heat, who will try and take a 2-0 series
lead when they host Game 2 of the best-of-seven set
Tony Parker had 29 points and
Tim Duncan scored 22 points, grabbed nine rebounds
and blocked four shots, as the San Antonio Spurs routed
the Seattle SuperSonics, 103-81, in Game 1 of their
Western Conference semifinal series at SBC Arena.
Glenn Robinson had 16 points and Manu Ginobili added
10 points for the Spurs, who never trailed and led
by as many as 30 points on their way to taking the
early series advantage. Game 2 is scheduled for Tuesday
again in San Antonio. San
Antonio has lost in the conference semifinals in two
of the last three years. The Spurs were eliminated
by the Lakers both times (2002 and 2004).
